Having been both over weight and under weight, Edwin has seen both sides of the fence. After trying different diets and training, he finally found what worked for him. His motto is to be the ‘best version of yourself’ and he approaches everyone differently as we’re all unique whether it comes to training or diet. He strives to stay up to date with the latest information science has to offer and he believes that what’s important is consistency and enjoying your training/diet. So yes you can ‘eat carbs after 6pm’!
He always aims to educate his clients and help them to build good habits that will keep them lean and healthy FOR LIFE. He has been coaching for 8 years now and has mainly focused on female fat loss and toning. However he has experience also at building muscle and working on strength. He recently became certified with the highly regarded Precision Nutrition and he incorporates this into his coaching all the time. Over the 8 years he has coached people outdoors as well as at home and in the gym environment depending on what they enjoy.
