A life time background in sport and fitness kick-started by winning a scholarship to the prestigious Millfield school where James excelled in multiple sports at 1st team level. He then moved on to play football at University level and more recently boxing for Earlsfield ABC and Fight City Gym in 2015 and 2016. James utilizes his experience from his sporting career and combines this with his personal training knowledge to create and adapt sessions that keep you coming back for more. With a specific focus on traditional boxing, James adds additional aerobic and resistance training methods to achieve amazing results of the mind and body. A great motivator, James understands the need to push your body to its limits but also understands training needs to be fun. What ever your goals we’ll reach them as a team.
