Coming from a background of finance, Sarah truly appreciates the stresses City life can bring. After hanging up her City heels and trading them in for trainers, she now infuses energy and motivation into her sessions to ensure those stresses melt away. Sarah will help you get to achieve your weight loss, fat loss and body composition goals.
She has been training personally for over 10 years and competes in Olympic Weightlifting. She also provides support and motivation to help get you where you want to be.
